This is my third year at Falconhead apartments. The complex is so clean and the staff is so friendly. Easy convenient location to the galleria and local stores as well. The trail behind the apartment complex is a nice scenic touch as well. I’m so happy I chose Falconhead when I moved here! Would highly recommend it.

I have lived at Falconhead for a little over a year now, and recently decided to resign my lease for 14 months!Pros: The maintenance is very quick and responsive, my ice maker went out multiple times due to the fridge needing new equipment and every time the came to fix it quickly and ended up deciding to replace a lot of the materials so I wouldn't have to keep filing maintenance requests. A lot of the amenities have been fully remodeled and everything is super nice and up to date. I also have never encountered any rude or impolite staff members and have always been treated with kindness! I think for the quality/size, and location this is a great place to make a home.Cons: The management has changed a few times since living here, the down side is the payment method changing but they are still accommodating. The parking has been an issue mostly for me, I have had to park outside of the complex multiple times, due to there not being a single space, but they recently made changes to accommodate for that as well! Overall for me, this place has continued to outweigh the other apartments in the area for my budget/quality of the complex.

I can't say enough amazing things about the new Owners here! Joe and Nick have been GREAT ! I moved in November of 2023 and the management did not follow through with anything, our apartment was dirty when we moved in, things were not done when they said they would be it was awful. But since new management all concerns have been addressed and they follow through as soon as they hear a concern! I would refer anyone and everyone now! Not to mention the pool area and amenities are all re-done and look AMAZING !!!! I love it here and can't say enough great things about this place!

Great location convenient to shopping and several restaurants as well as great school district. New management!! Friendly and helpful staff. Onsite gym open 24/7, as well as pool for the kids. Personally i love my floorplan for me and my son. I also feel safe with him walking next door to school. I have rented here in the past and when looking for my next apartment this was the only one i would consider. Parking has never been an issue and there are garages avail where i can store all my extra belongings. Any time i have called i have always been responded to quickly and all of my needs have been met. Would recommend to anyone.
